For a long time, I felt like something in my life wasn’t quite right.
From the outside, things looked good. But internally, it felt different.
For years, I struggled to find my way — trying to make a life work that didn’t really fit me.
And for much of that time, I thought the problem was my circumstances. But what I hadn’t seen yet were all the ways I had learned to move through life:
Adapting, pushing through, avoiding, and not really listen to what I felt, wanted, and needed.
And at some point I realized, something had to change.
Not because everything fell apart, but because how I was living no longer felt sustainable.
I saw that I had been living a life that made sense to others — but not to me. And once I saw it, I couldn’t unsee it.
What began to change things was becoming honest — and learning to relate to myself differently.
That is what my work is rooted in.
