We work with your thoughts, your emotional responses, your body, and your patterns. Not separately, but as part of the same experience.
Because once you can see a pattern more clearly, you’re no longer fully inside it — and that’s where meaningful change becomes possible.
Why it Matters
Most people try to change their lives by changing something on the outside: the job, a relationship, or where they live.
And for a while, that can create a different feeling. But it’s usually not long before things begin to feel just as they did before.
Not because nothing changed, but because you are still relating to yourself and to life in the same way.
All the ways you learned not to listen to yourself, to avoid what you feel, to hold things in, push through, or adapt to keep things working.

I want to be transparent — change doesn’t happen overnight. Our patterns and the ways we’ve learned to relate to ourselves run deep. And learning to notice them, and slowly loosen them, takes time. In the beginning, the shifts are often subtle.
But if you stay with it, you’re not as easily pulled away from yourself. Things don’t feel as overwhelming, and you don’t question yourself in the same way.
You begin to trust what you feel. You catch yourself sooner when something doesn’t feel right. And you don’t abandon yourself in the same way you used to.

The 1:1 Coaching Journey
This is a six-month space designed for deep inner work, meaningful change, and integration..
We meet every other week for 12 private online coaching sessions (60-75 minutes), with continuous support between sessions via WhatsApp (Monday-Friday).
Coaching available in English and German.
Together, we explore the patterns shaping your life, strengthen your ability to listen to yourself, and support you in making choices that feel more honest and aligned.
I will guide you to slow down where you usually move past things, and to stay with experiences that are easier to avoid.
I won’t rush you, but I also won’t let you stay in the same patterns without looking at them.
This is a deep, active process. We won’t be staying on the surface here. It requires a willingness to truly see yourself — and to stay with what you see long enough for something real to shift.
We work with your thoughts, your emotional experience, your body, and the relational patterns that show up in your life.
Because reconnecting with yourself means becoming more aware of what you feel, what you need, and what is true for you — and learning to take that seriously.

While this work is not focused on treating trauma, it is grounded in a trauma-informed understanding.
We move at a pace that feels safe and manageable for you. Nothing is pushed or forced.
If deeper emotions or past experiences arise, they are met with care, presence, and respect.
