What you feel. How you respond. What happens internally when something feels uncomfortable, uncertain, or challenging — and how you move through those moments.

We work with your thoughts, your emotional responses, your body, and your patterns — not separately, but as part of the same experience.

Because once you can see a pattern more clearly, you’re no longer fully inside it — and that’s where meaningful change becomes possible.

Why It Matters

Most people try to change their lives by changing something on the outside — the job, a relationship, or where they live.

And for a while, that can create a different feeling. But it’s usually not long before things begin to feel just as they did before.

Not because nothing changed, but because you are still relating to yourself and your life in the same way.

The way you don’t listen to yourself. The way you avoid what you feel. The way you hold things in, push through, or adapt to keep things working.

Until those patterns become visible, they continue to shape your life. But when they are seen clearly, something shifts.

You begin to have a different relationship to them — which changes how you respond, what you choose, and what becomes possible.

It’s about seeing your own part in how you move through your life.

Not as blame, but as a way of reconnecting with your ability to respond, choose, and change what is no longer working.

What It’s Like to Work Together

We meet via Zoom, usually every other week.

Our sessions are conversational, but intentional. We follow what is actually present for you — not a fixed structure or method.

I will guide you to slow down where you usually move past things, and to stay with experiences that are easier to avoid.

I won’t rush you, but I also won’t let you stay in the same patterns without looking at them.

This is an active process. We won’t be staying on the surface here.

It requires a willingness to truly see yourself, — and to stay with what you see long enough for something real to shift.

We work with your thoughts, your emotional experience, your body, and the relational patterns that show up in your life.

Because reconnecting with yourself means becoming more aware of what you feel, what you need, and what is true for you — and learning to take that seriously.

A Trauma-Informed Approach

While this work is not focused on treating trauma, it is grounded in a trauma-informed understanding.

We move at a pace that feels safe and manageable for you. Nothing is pushed or forced.

If deeper emotions or past experiences arise, they are met with care, presence, and respect.

You always remain in choice throughout the process.
